Practicing Christian Science–what it means and why it matters
What does it mean when we say that we practice Christian Science? This week’s guest shares her firsthand experiences of how she practices Christian Science and the healings that have resulted– for herself and others.
Sharing Christian Science means sharing what you love
A group of workers at the special exhibit in the Christian Science Publishing Society “How Do You See the World? give examples of how they have shared Christian Science and how it’s really just about sharing what you love.
These programs help us consider more about effective prayer–for ourselves, others, and the world.
- We can seek “the peace of God, which passeth all understanding” (Philippians 4:7) and receive the “fullness” of the God. (Eph 3:19)
- How can we give of what we have received?
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. (Matthew 10:8)

Friends,
This week’s podcast and past ones, are available online anytime. In addition, the current issue of the Christian Science Sentinel continues to explore Prayer that is more than “just praying.” Another article discusses prayer as a “Game Changer” in a war situation. And two other articles share how prayer brought peace to disruptions in threatening school situations. All provide support and inspiration for one’s own prayers to resolve personally threatening situations.
Also, please take a moment to share your own prayers about bringing peace to war-torn regions. We know these are effective now in bringing about solutions. They are being collected for further sharing.
