A book full of healing ideas — Listen to this week’s podcast

“What does it mean to be spiritual?
… Every spiritual quality of God belongs to you, right now.
It’s the only you there is, ever has been, or ever will be.”

(from this week’s Sentinel article “You are precious in God’s sight”)

Friends, Fresh resources are available each week to support your spiritual journey:

                         Sentinel Watch  podcast
This book healed me: Ideas that can heal anything

This week, we talk with three guests who share healings and experiences from reading Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. An opera singer was healed of asthma, a woman was healed of a life-threatening illness, and another had a healing within her marriage. Listen to find out more about how this book changed their lives.

(NOTE: During the month of August, the online listening gathering will pause for a summer break.  However the current and past programs are always available online.)

Articles in this week’s edition of the Christian Science Sentinel include prayers of protest against error–in the courtroom, in addressing physical challenges, and ultimately in discovering that each one is truly spiritual. All articles are available in audio format.

Visit the NEW AUDIO webpage that features all podcasts now available–

from the Monitor, Sentinel, Church, and Mary Baker Eddy Library–

and additional audio products!

Who am I to withstand God?

Barb Goodspeed Grant

When Truth is speaking, will I say,
“I’m not listening, go away”?
Who am I to withstand God?

When Spirit mandates strength and light,
will I try to thwart God’s might?
Who am I to withstand God?

When Love offers health and life,
will I insist on constant strife?
Who am I to withstand God?

When Principle shows me the way,
will I balk or hedge—delay?
Who am I to withstand God?

When Mind communicates, “Fear not,”
will I complain, “Fear’s all I’ve got”?
Who am I to withstand God?

When Soul whispers, “Peace, be still,”
will I let my heart be filled?
Who am I to withstand God?

When Life tells me, “Give more—give!”
will I love, which is to live?
Who am I to withstand God?

Oh, who am I to withstand God?

We join together today in prayer to recognize ourselves and others as truly spiritual!

Have a beautiful day.
