The Christian Science Reading Room in Adams-Morgan warmly invites you to join in listening to the weekly Sentinel Watch podcast. This event occurs every Tuesday at 2 pm. Since only very limited seating is available in the Reading Room itself (which is now open from 12-3 Monday-Friday), you can join virtually. After the program there will be a brief opportunity for sharing.
“The brotherhood of man” is an old-fashioned term that refers to all humanity and the feeling that all of us should regard and treat one another as family. This week’s guest has experienced how taking this concept to heart, understanding how we are all brothers and sisters because we are all children of God, can heal families of serious issues and calm potentially confrontational situations. Having an enlightened sense of our beautiful connections with one another improves lives and communities.
